Our Process
01. Inquire

Book your 20-min call to discuss your goals and timeline. We want to make sure we are a good fit to work together. After, you will receive a custom proposal tailor to your needs.

02. Booking

After you've said yes to working together, you'll access a client portal with your contract, invoices, creative briefs, and more all in one place.

03. Strategy Call

I’ll have a meeting with you to review the questionnaire and get more details to build a creative direction for your project.

04. Design

After our strategy call, I’ll work on designing your new brand and all the elements from your package. These will be presented to you, so you can have a clear idea of how everything works together.

0.5 Revisions

Once the design proposal is completed, I’ll refine your branding or website to make sure it's exactly what you envisioned before launching.

06. Launch

Time to launch and celebrate your new brand. You will receive a comprehensive guide for your brand and website tutorials, and all the files you need.

  • I typically deliver custom proposals after our discovery call with you and determine your specific needs. Your investment will depend greatly on your goals, the deliverables, and the scope of the project. I want to equip you with everything you need to thrive, without providing you with any fluff that you don't.

  • Yes, I do offer payment plans. There is a non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking. I want to ensure your Investment is as manageable as possible. Of course, if I can extend or customize your payment plan in any way, please let me know!

  • Yes, I can help you. But first, I need to make sure your brand meets my standard list. Because a strong brand foundation will help me create a successful website.

  • I use Squarespace to build websites. I typically recommend the business account, and you can see the cost of plans (as well as what all is included) here.

  • Don't worry! This is what the discovery call is for. We will review your goals and determine your specific needs.

  • I usually book about four weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking you need a designer and well before your deadline. Just send me an email through my contact form and I’ll be in touch.
